A day of remembering and thanksgiving..

It's Sunday..a day that is known as the day of 'rest'. My REST is to remember how blessed i am..i've been given much..more than i could ever ask for..to GIVE THANKS..For all that God has done for me..For the new house..for the new job..For the ppl who have made a difference in my life..For ppl who have been support pillars; sowers of words of encouragem; a shoulder to cry on; friends in joy and sorrows; partners in crime in the waves of life..and by remembering, i know i AM blessed..every time i remember, i am at rest..to know that life's journey is never alone..My rest is to know that I will always have these great blessings in my life and that i wouldn't be who i am without each one in my life..and most of all, my rest is in knowing and remembering that today and everyday, Jesus is walking with me..and who would i be without Him..thank you, Lord..this day - the day of rest - i rest in thanking you and loving you..amen.

Hello from Melbourne...

Hellloooo to all my friends and HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! Greetings from hot summery Melbourne. Wish the Malaysian heat didn't have to follow me to Melbourne. hehehe! Some may be wondering...Eh! When she go back to Melbourne? Again! Well, I've decided to move back to Melb for various reasons...job advancement being one of them and lifestyle. First thing i did when i hit Melbourne was to go get myself a Light Soy Grande Latte with an extra shot from Starbucks (only Starbucks serve latte with the soy milk i like...and Gloria Jeans). TRY IT! It's been both good to be back and also missing Malaysia lots this time. But the new house has been keeping me VERY busy, so i guess i haven't had time to sit and let the feelings sink in, which is kind of a good thing. Move move...shop shop...delivery...cleaning (lots of it) and decorating (my favourite!). Anyone coming to Melb soon??? Free accomodation if you are willing to travel a little...I live out in woop-woop land of Melborne, Point Cook. Actually, it's not too bad if you drive. Takes about 15-20 mins to get to the city. Much better, say you were living somewhere in Dandenong or Donvale. It's much nearer to the city and peak hour traffic to get home is slightly better than the overly crowded South Eastern Monash Freeway...Will post a picture next time.
