But Paul showed another perspective of serving.
Col 3:22-4:1
1. Always appreciate God for the good in others v4-5
List the names you know: Dad, Mum, Friends, Relatives, ....etc
I'm thankful for ......
I dislike....
Which list is easier to think of? Thankful / Dislikes?

2. Ask God to help others grow spiritually v6

Lk22:32,34 - Jesus had hope in Peter even though he knew Peter would betray him. That is why Jesus said: "When you have turned back..."
Many times in our own life, we have heard Jesus say those very words to us..."When you have turned back..." We are aware of it when we make silly choices or choose to ignore God's prompting in our hearts even when it comes to the little day to day Christian living such as prayer...and tithes...And Jesus will say to us. "Silly girl/boy...When you have turned back, you will realise why that was so important..." And God Himself will restore us. The same way Peter realised was humbled before being restored by Jesus in one of the most touching scenes of the Bible...John 21:15-25...

Pple don't care how much you know till they know how much you care.
On Sunday, during Leaders' Meeting after church service, Pastor shared something that God has been continuously instilling into my heart over the last 2 years...Below is Pastor's Sharing @ his house...
John 12:23-28
"The hour has come for the Son of man to be glorified. I tell you the truth, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds. The man who loves his life will lose it, while the man who hates his life in this world will keep it for eternal life. Whoever serves me must follow me; and where I am, my servant also will be. My Father will honour the one who serves me.
Now my heart is troubled and what shall I say? 'Father, save me from this hour?' No, it was for this very reason I came to this hour. Father, glorify Your Name!"
