Thank You Lord...for everything...
Scenery that greeted us on the drive to Forest Edge...
The world is like a great big present from God to us...when we look at the wonder of creation, one can't help but marvel that God looks at us and sees us as more beautiful than His creation. I remember staring into a sunset once and being amazed at how truly beautiful the scene was...and then God spoke to me then and said, "You know, to me, you are more beautiful than that sunset..." I was totally blown away!
There's nothing like being in the midst of God's creation and feel so much closer to our Creator...been a while. Before driving off tonight, I just stared into the clear night sky...amazing view of stars just stared back. Didn't see a shooting star this time but it was just good to stare up into the sky and know that God's promise is being fulfilled daily...
But what was so special about this trip was just the time with the people at the Hawaiian themed night of fun, celebration and fellowship...
Dearest Jasmine, Chin Ling, Gwen, Trina (TLG aka Mountain Song group), Ivana, Crystal Ter, LYNE!! (didn't forget you), dearly missed Amy, and, last but not least, the on-vacation-in-Malaysia Elena,
You guys have been my great source of joy and encouragement. Time flies and before we know it, some of you are going home. But I am glad to have shared the last few years with each and everyone of you. You guys have filled my life with laughter, tears (hehehe!), fun and love...Seeing each of you grow has been a great reminder of His grace and His loving purpose that we are all called to...to love Him and His people. And I hope that no matter how long we still have with to walk alongside one another or where we will go in the future, I hope that we will always remember each other in our hearts and pray for each other to keep persevering in the Lord and to love Him more and more each day...from strength to strength, from glory to glory. ;) Love you guys!
There are times when it's hard to look ahead,
That is when we need to look to our sides and find the people we love and that is when we see His direction....all along....
Let us love one another just as He loves us....
